Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions seeks a SHEQ Manager to support Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality programs in a manufacturing setting. You will ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 9001, DOT, and environmental regulations through audits, risk assessments, training, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will partner with frontline employees, leadership, vendors, and external agencies to promote workplace safety, product quality and lean practices while tracking KPIs and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of quality systems and/or safety systems
• Experience with 6S and lean manufacturing programs, preferred
• Exceptional reading comprehension, problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to grow and accept challenges
• Use verbal skills to transfer information to large groups and/or influence others in English. Spanish-speaking ability a plus, but not required
• Ability to connect with Front Line employees
• Good math skills, including: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and ratios. Statistical inference, frequency distribution, validity, etc.
• Financial management, budgetary responsibility, forecasting/projections, etc.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook)
