Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions in Texas seeks a seasoned EHS leader to drive regulatory compliance, lead audits, and partner with Operations to implement preventive actions.

You will conduct root-cause analyses, train staff, and manage CAPAs while ensuring OSHA and EPA program adherence, with travel across NASP Texas sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 5+ years EH&S experience.
• Certifications in Environmental or Health & Safety related programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive plant EHS compliance and management system functions; train and mentor supervisors and managers in EHS modules.
• Partner with Operations leadership and JHSC to build awareness and foster proactive safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with permits and regulatory programs (RCRA, stormwater, SPCC, etc.).
• Lead root cause analyses of injuries and incidents; develop and verify corrective actions.
• Conduct EHS audits in EHS Insight; manage CAPAs and timely closure.
• Coordinate OSHA training; orient new hires to NASP Safety Program; train-the-trainer approach.
