Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential care, social services, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or crisis situations.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work various shifts including nights and weekends.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to helping others.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise residents to ensure safety, compliance, and well-being throughout the facility.
• Enforce house rules and maintain a structured, orderly living environment.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs and inspections of the facility.
• Document and report resident behavior, incidents, and concerns to supervisory staff.
• Document case notes in files.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including cooking and general guidance.
• Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and management to ensure continuity of care.
