Job summary

Victory Programs Inc. is seeking a Resident Assistant for a Saturday and Sunday 8am–4pm, on-site role at our Dorchester Priority Support Site. The position supports residents, coordinates housing processes, and aids with daily operations and safety.

Strong organizational and communication skills are required; CPR and TB screening may be obtained after hire. Compensation is $22.28 per hour with full benefits including health and dental coverage, disability and life insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
• CPR certification (may be obtained upon hire).
• TB screening (may be obtained upon hire).
• Three professional references (at least 2 from supervisor).

Responsibilities

• Maintain residence in good repair and clean, free of hazards.
• Ensure fire safety standards are met at all times.
• Coordinate arrival of new families and educate on house rules and resources.
• Perform initial screenings, intakes, and needs assessments with Case Managers.
• Enforce policies to maintain a safe, supportive environment.
• Facilitate on-site recreational, cultural, and youth programming.
• Assist with gathering and filing documentation for EA shelter applications.
• Document observations and incidents during shifts.
