Job summary

Victory Programs Inc is seeking an Awake Overnight Resident Assistant to help manage a residential facility in Dorchester. This role supports residents, maintains a safe environment, and assists with daily operations during a weekend overnight shift.

The position is part-time (16 hours) on-site, with a pay rate of $22.28 per hour. Applicants should have a high school diploma, CPR and TB screening, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification (may be obtained upon hire).
• TB screening (may be obtained upon hire).
• Three work-related professional references; at least 2 from manager or supervisor.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive residential environment.
• Conduct safety, security and wellness rounds as scheduled.
• Accurately document observations, incidents and engagements during shifts.
• Assist with daily office and administrative functions.
• Coordinate with staff to support resident-centered services.
