Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Social Work or related field preferred, and/or three (3) years experience working with homelessness, addiction, and mental health needs.
• Solid proficiency of Microsoft Office and documentation practices.
• CPR/First Aid certificates required prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shelter operations and support staff across Low Barrier and Interim Housing programs.
• Assist management, case managers, and housing navigators to ensure compliance with contract requirements and accurate documentation.
• Maintain participant files, intake documents, assessments, and exit reports.
• Support quality assurance efforts and ensure trauma‑informed service delivery.
• Collaborate with intake team to meet occupancy requirements and monitor program performance against funder measures.
