St. Vincent de Paul Eastside Shelter in Rosedale, MD is hiring a Program Assistant to provide essential 24-hour coverage and day-to-day shelter operations support. You will assist guests with daily living activities and coordinate resources and transportation as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, crisis intervention, and respectful, non-judgmental engagement with guests, volunteers, and staff to promote dignity and self-sufficiency.

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.

• Provide 24-hour awake coverage and shelter operations support.
