• Two years supervisor experience leading a program or project with staff and volunteers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, independent environment; must be self-starter and highly organized.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work with difficult individuals.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, and train staff; interface with vendors and community members.
• Provide supervision and guidance to Shelter Operations Managers at multiple shelters.
• Ensure safety and well-being of program clients; enforce code of conduct.
• Respond to emergencies on site and be on-call.
• Maintain detailed reporting of incidents and maintenance needs.
