Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years experience performing security or social services work in a shelter or similar environment.
• One year supervisory experience required.
• Valid State Driver's License.
• Food Handlers Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Basic First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise volunteers, service clients and staff.
• Oversee intake procedures and HMIS data entry.
• Ensure safety, security and compliance with house rules.
• Manage housekeeping, food inventory, and budget compliance.
• Coordinate program activities and Celebrate Recovery initiatives.
• Maintain facility records and reports.
