Responsibilities

• Supervises and participates in the day-to-day operations of a shelter facility; ensures activities comply with policies.
• Checks residents into the housing facility using HMIS forms and Salvation Army documentation; maintain confidentiality.
• Orients new residents to the program and prepares case records.
• Ensures clients comply with house rules; completes incident reports.
• Answers phone professionally; provides housing operation information.
• Maintains logs and statistics reflecting program activities and occupancy.
• Monitors resident activities to ensure safety and rule compliance.

Education
