Job summary

The Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida is seeking a Community Outreach for Families Program Manager to oversee outreach and housing navigation initiatives. You will lead an outreach team, ensure compliance with funding and reporting requirements, and collaborate with housing programs and community providers.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in social services or related field, with 5+ years of experience preferred; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field required.
• Five+ years of documented social service experience if no degree.
• Homeless services, case management, and housing stabilization experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across multiple counties.
• Bi-lingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grant and program compliance.
• Provide coaching, hiring, and disciplinary actions in coordination with HR and Director of Housing & Programs.
• Supervise, train, support, and evaluate outreach team staff.
• Ensure all clients seeking services complete triage process.
• Monitor outreach activities, client engagement, assessments, enrollments, and housing navigation efforts.
• Oversee the program budget and monthly expenses.
• Ensure all required statistical and financial reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Review program documentation, case activity, and records for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate outreach coverage and staff assignments across tri-county areas.
• Address barriers to housing placement and assist staff with complex client situations.
• Support continuous improvement and adherence to safety protocols.
