Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, preferred.
• One year of experience in substance use or behavioral health is preferred.
• TB screening, CPR and confidentiality training required by program policies.
• HIPAA and 42 CFR Part2 training are necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure confidentiality per 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA regulations.
• Monitor shift assignments and observe patients hourly for safety.
• Enter patient status into the EHR at least hourly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic milieu.
• Attend supervision meetings and mandatory program activities.
• Maintain logs and complete incident/environmental reports as required.
