Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Massachusetts seeks an ECMHC Family Support Specialist to assist families with young children in a hybrid role across Worcester, Hampshire and Franklin Counties. The position is part-time (18–25 hours per week) with travel between centers, homes, and community sites.

The role emphasizes empathetic, strengths-based engagement, collaboration with ECMHC staff, and navigation of community resources such as WIC, DTA, housing, and mental health services.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for regional travel.
• Understanding of early child development and trauma-informed approaches.

Responsibilities

• Build authentic, strengths-based relationships with families.
• Collaborate with ECMHC consultants, providers, and parents to implement plans.
• Help families access community supports (WIC, DTA, housing, etc.).
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment across locations and settings.
• Deliver services in a flexible, hybrid model across centers, homes, and community sites.
