Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or a related field preferred.
• Crisis counseling knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis interventions via 24-hour Crisis Line during assigned shift.
• Maintain accurate client files and records.
• Document daily updates in the communication log and Salesforce.
• Conduct client intakes and exits as needed on shift.
• Arrange emergency transportation as needed.
