Job summary

Presbyterian Night Shelter is seeking a full-time Case Manager to support residents at the LSB Women's Shelter in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on maintaining housing, accessing mainstream benefits, and increasing self-sufficiency through information, referrals, and goal planning.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, with experience serving diverse or homeless populations and proficiency in Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field is required.
• Experience working with diverse and/or difficult populations is desirable.
• Experience working with the homeless population is preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with mental illness is preferred.
• Knowledge of local network of services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for residents at LSB Women's Shelter.
• Include information and referrals, life skills training, and long-term goal planning.
• Conduct case-management sessions, assess needs, identify resources, and coordinate services.
• Document services and coordinate with relevant departments to align with the shelter’s mission.
