Responsibilities

• Perform intakes, interviews, and assessments of shelter clients’ needs with follow-up case management.
• Identify and interact with case management clients; develop plans of action and link to programs.
• Coordinate services with partner agencies for holistic client support.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case records per Salvation Army policies.
• Attend internal and community workshops and assist lead case manager as needed.
• Prepare and maintain Salvation Army statistical reports for timely submission.
• Attend staff meetings and supervision; uphold the mission and standards of The Salvation Army.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
