Qualifications

• Current trainer certification desired or certified within 30 days.
• Self-motivated and capable of high performance with little supervision.
• Top 20% performer in project team build issues with quality workmanship.
• No disciplinary action for Quality, Productivity or Behavior in the last 12 months.
• Willing to change departments as production needs require and adjust shifts.
• Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and record data clearly.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ensure directions are understood.
• Demonstrated facilitation skill to train individuals or small groups.
• Satisfactory attendance and safety records.
• Experience training for 12+ months in prior roles is desired.

Responsibilities

• Train and certify employees; progress through qualification process.
• Perform module audits and evaluate certification readiness.
• Provide objective, fact-based input for performance reviews.
• Create and revise training modules and evaluation criteria.
• Maintain records and conduct ongoing employee evaluations and audits.
• Support maintenance of a harassment/discrimination-free environment.
