Qualifications

• Current Penetrant Line Operator Trainer certification desired or Tat’s certified within 30 days.
• Self-motivated with high performance under little supervision.
• Top 20% in Project Team Build issues; good work habits.
• No disciplinary action for Quality, Productivity or Behavior in last 12 months.
• Willing to change department assignments and shifts as production needs.
• Outstanding progression through the Penetrant Line Operator Training and Certification Program.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and record technical data accurately.
• Strong verbal and written communication; clear instructions.
• Good facilitation skills to teach individuals and/or small groups.
• Satisfactory attendance and safety records.
• Must have held a Penetrant Line Operator position for 12 months within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Train and Certify Penetrant Line Operators.
• Progress operators through qualification and certification process and train on new skills.
• Perform module audits and evaluate certification readiness.
• Provide input for performance reviews and participate in feedback.
• Create and revise training modules and evaluation criteria.
• Maintain records of employees and department training activities.
• Stay current on Penetrant Line Operator techniques and practices.
• Ensure a harassment/discrimination-free training environment.
