Job summary

P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a planogram merchandiser to complete weekly section plan-o-gram work in Kroger stores. You will read, collect, and set up plan-o-grams and new item tags, preparing the work area to complete section resets.

This role requires the ability to work independently, communicate clearly with store staff, and maintain safe lifting practices while coordinating with Kroger's store management and your supervisor. You must be 18+, fluent in English, and own a smartphone.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
• Smartphone with internet/data access is required.
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and prepare work area for section resets.
• Break down sections to allow customers to shop other sections.
• Re-position shelving according to updated schematic.
• Maintain a clean work area and report completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Be professional and helpful when dealing with customers.
• Maintain good relationships with store management and staff.
