Job summary

P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a store merchandising specialist to complete plan-o-gram work in Kroger stores on a weekly schedule. You will prepare work areas and ensure sections are correctly reset.

You will read plan-o-grams, reposition shelving, and maintain professional interactions with customers and store staff.

The role requires a high school diploma, 18+, and the ability to use a smartphone app; safety gloves and a tape measure are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Fluent English reading/writing.
• Smartphone with data access; may require app permissions (location, camera, gallery).
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections in an orderly manner to allow customers to shop other sections.
• Re-position shelving and place products according to updated schematic.
• Clean up work area.
• Complete forms and report section completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Be professional and helpful with customers.
• Maintain good relationships with store management and staff.
• Comply with KOMPASS guidelines: timeliness, productivity, teamwork, communication and clocking in/out.
• Practice safe lifting.
• During periods of reduced hours, may assist outside normal duties.
• Must perform essential functions with/without reasonable accommodation.
