Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining clean work areas, reporting completion to supervisors, and collaborating with store management. Must read English, be 18+, and able to lift up to 50 lbs; reliability and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• English reading/writing and communication fluency required.
• Smartphone with internet/data access required for app usage.
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams and new item tags; prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections to aid customer shopping flow.
• Re-position shelving and place products per updated schematic.
• Clean up work area.
• Complete forms; report section completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Be professional and helpful when interacting with customers.
• Maintain good relations with store management and staff.
• Follow KOMPASS guidelines on timeliness, productivity, teamwork, and clocking in/out.
• Practice safe lifting; may assist outside normal duties during holidays or urgent needs.
