P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a dedicated merchandiser to complete weekly plan-o-gram work in a Kroger store environment. Responsibilities include reading plan-o-grams, preparing work areas, and repositioning shelving to updated schematics.

The role requires independence, strong customer service, and professionalism when interacting with store staff and customers. Candidates should be eligible to lift up to 70 lbs and use a smartphone-based app as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
• Smartphone with internet/data access required; may need app permissions.
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and new item product; prepare work area for section reset.
• Break down sections methodically to aid customer shopping in other aisles.
• Re-position shelving and place products per updated schematic.
• Clean up work area and report completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Be professional and helpful with customers and staff.
• Maintain good relationships with store management and staff.
• Practice safe lifting and follow safety guidelines.
• May perform additional store support during reduced hours or urgent needs.
