Job summary

Kroger is hiring for a plan-o-gram reset role in a grocery store environment. You will read plan-o-grams, arrange shelves, and ensure products are displayed as per updated schematics.

The job requires independent work, strong customer interaction, and strict adherence to safety and timekeeping guidelines. Responsibilities include moving and tagging products, completing forms, and reporting progress to supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
• Smartphone with internet/data access required for app-based tasks.
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams and prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections in an orderly manner to allow customers to shop other sections.
• Re-position shelving and place product according to updated schematic.
• Clean up work area and report completion to supervisors.
• Work independently with little supervision while remaining professional with customers.
• Maintain good relationships with store management and staff.
• Follow timekeeping and teamwork guidelines and safety procedures.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
