Job summary

P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a planogram reset associate to complete weekly plan-o-gram work in Kroger store environments.

You will read planograms, prepare the workspace, reposition shelving, and ensure correct product placement while maintaining safety and customer service.

This role requires a high school diploma, a smartphone, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs; regular weekly scheduling is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Able to read plan-o-grams.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Smartphone with data access required for app-based tasks.
• Must lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags, and prep work area.
• Break down sections for shopper ease and reposition shelving per updated planograms.
• Clean work area and complete forms reporting completion to Kroger/supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision; maintain professionalism with customers.
• Maintain good relations with store management and staff; follow KOMPASS guidelines.
• Adhere to safety and clocking-in/out policies.
