Dover Food Retail (DFR) is hiring a Machine Operator II for the Sheetmetal department at our Keosauqua, IA facility. This onsite role supports the manufacturing of display cases and refrigeration components in a fast-paced environment.

The position requests the ability to read blueprints, operate brake presses and lasers, perform setups, and maintain equipment with attention to quality and safety. Shift 2nd; strong teamwork and problem-solving required.

Mansioni

• Operate equipment in the sheet metal dept (brake presses, lasers, punch presses, sanders, deburring).
• Fill part requirements to complete rounds for kitting.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and tooling.
• Ensure finished pieces meet specifications with measurements.
• Move between stations as production needs require.
