Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Ability to read rulers, tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools.
• Experience setting up and operating sheet metal equipment.
• Comfort following written and verbal instructions.
• Basic preventive maintenance on equipment and tooling.
• Team oriented and able to collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Operate sheet metal equipment (brake presses, lasers, punch presses, sanders, deburring).
• Fill part requirements to complete rounds for kitting.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to ensure correct parts.
• Start machines, adjust controls, and run trial cuts.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust to meet specs.
• Work at multiple workstations as needed by production.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Wear and use required safety equipment for each operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
