Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience using ATA and ERS is required.
• Willing to work all shifts and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily assignments to maximize performance, efficiency and quality.
• Organize and assign work to hourly employees to meet safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives.
• Set and measure daily production goals; mentor and motivate crew; maintain accountability.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce work order spans and streamline processes.
• Review methods and capabilities; implement process improvements.
• Ensure costs, scheduling, training, safety and quality targets are met.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff in writing and speaking.
