• Preferred: college/technical school AS/BS degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead about 15 piping trades employees in preparing, assembling and installing equipment on-board submarines.
• Primary point of contact to interface with engineering, ship's management, quality and other trade departments.
• Lead the team to achievement of company goals for safety, quality, cost, schedule and continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of team performance.
