Phoenix Color in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a Material Handler / Sheeting Helper to keep production moving by loading and preparing material rolls, operating forklifts, and staging finished products.

The role requires physical stamina, basic math, and a team-focused mindset. Pay ranges $18.45–$22.80 per hour with Sunday to Wednesday 7am–7pm shifts and a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to lift 45–70 lbs regularly and stand 12 hours.
• Basic math, reading comprehension and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Powering production: prepare, load, and maintain material rolls for production machines.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other Powered Industrial Vehicles safely.
• Stage and organize finished products for the pressroom team.
