Job summary

Phoenix Color is seeking a Material Handler / Sheeting Helper in Hagerstown, MD. You will be the backbone of our pressroom operations, loading and maintaining material rolls, and safely operating forklifts and pallet jacks on a 7am–7pm, Sunday to Wednesday shift.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 6–12 months of forklift or electric pallet jack experience. Benefits include a safe work environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating forklifts or electric pallet jacks preferred.
• Ability to lift 45–70 lbs and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Powering production: prepare, load, and maintain material rolls for production machines.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial vehicles safely.
• Stage finished products for the pressroom team and maintain organization.
• Collaborate with machine operators to support daily production needs.
• Prepare recyclable waste for transport and follow safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
