Job summary

Veritiv Corp. is seeking a Press Operator to set up, operate, and maintain the press and related equipment. You will supervise the press crew during downtimes and make-ready periods, ensuring safety and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5–10 years of press experience, ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, and strong knowledge of color and stock specs. This is a full-time, on-site position in a warehouse environment with safety training encouraged.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of related job experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets, stock and color specs.

Responsibilities

• Train press crew under plant manager guidance to maintain safety and productivity.
• Make-ready and operate press per written instructions.
• Ensure each job meets customer specs and deadlines.
• Verify stock and inks match job tickets.
• Coordinate with team to communicate job details and responsibilities.
• Perform press make-ready, folder set ups, and maintain press registers and color.
