Job summary

Heidelberg USA is seeking a Field Service Technician - Sheetfed, Mechanical to install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Heidelberg Sheetfed printing equipment with emphasis on mechanical systems. You will travel to customer sites, provide training, and ensure safe, efficient operation of the machinery.

Travel up to 100% may be required; a company vehicle is provided with covered travel expenses. The role demands strong mechanical aptitude and independent work across the Central Region and

Qualifications

• Technical training or experience in industrial mechanical maintenance.
• Experience working with industrial equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues on Heidelberg Sheetfed equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service work under charge/service contracts.
• Inspect and adjust mechanical components to maintain performance and print quality.
• Install and support new or used equipment with installation teams and riggers.
• Maintain service documentation and customer training on equipment operation.
