Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in a precision sheet metal environment.
• One year supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong math skills and ability to read blueprints.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment and maintaining quality records.
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for production personnel; coach and support with ongoing feedback.
• Organize workload by priority dispatches and direct duties of team members.
• Ensure quality of work during shifts and maintain documentation with QA.
• Maintain ISO 9001 requirements and participate in Lean activities.
• Oversee shift operations and communicate with management and other departments.
