Evapco, Inc. is seeking a Sheet Metal Operator for the night shift (4pm-2:30am). You will perform basic sheet metal machine operations, read production orders, and support quality, safety, and 5-S initiatives. Training and team problem solving are part of the role, with emphasis on attendance and a positive attitude.

The position operates in a manufacturing setting requiring physical stamina and adherence to PPE and safety policies. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Basic sheet metal operations and part handling.
• Contribute to safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Read production orders and shop drawings for accuracy.
• Maintain attendance and adherence to policies.
• Use tape measure within 1/32 inch and basic math.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic sheet metal machines to cut, break and sort parts.
• Support quality, safety, and 5-S initiatives.
• Attend training and participate in problem solving.
• Read and interpret production orders and drawings.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and proper tool use.
