Enjet Aero, Llc in Malden, MA is seeking a Sheet Metal Operator for the night shift to set up and operate sheet metal, bench and deburring equipment under the supervision of the area supervisor. The role includes a 20% night shift premium, requires reading blueprints, attention to detail, mechanical ability and safe operation of PPE, and maintaining paperwork and workspace to company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to understand and interpret blueprints and sketches.
• Must have demonstrated mechanical ability.
• Must be able to maintain close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to manage time effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various types of Sheet Metal, Bench and Deburring equipment.
• Follow written work instructions and work to blueprints.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
• Produce at standard and quality levels in accordance with company’s requirements.
• Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to counts, scrap, time, etc.
• Maintain area, workbenches, equipment, and tooling in a neat, orderly condition.
• Observe all Company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety and security
