Dover Food Retail is seeking a detail‑oriented Machine Operator II for Sheetmetal in its operations team. You will fabricate sheet metal, set up and operate brake presses, lasers, and related equipment to supply upstream departments with precise parts.

You will read blueprints and measurements, perform basic maintenance, and ensure parts meet strict specifications while maintaining a clean and safe work area. The role supports multiple stations as production needs vary.

Qualificações

• Sheet metal fabrication experience and ability to operate brake presses, lasers, punch presses, sanders, and deburring machines.
• Ability to read rulers, tape measures, squares, protractors, and other measuring tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Operate all equipment in the sheet metal department, including brake presses, lasers, punch presses, sanders, and deburring machines.
• Fill all part requirements to complete rounds for the kit­ting department.
• Read rulers, tape measures, measuring devices, and blueprints to ensure parts meet specs.
• Start machines, adjust controls, and verify correct operation and safety.
