You will handle routine machine setups and inspections, collaborate with teammates to meet production goals, and maintain a clean, safe work area in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate sheet metal machinery such as press brakes, shears, punch presses, rollers, and CNC fabrication equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Measure, cut, bend, and form sheet metal to required specifications.
• Perform routine machine setups and adjustments to maintain accuracy and productivity.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following company safety protocols.
• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading sheet metal stock.
