Qualifications

• Experience in sheet metal fabrication and forming operations.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Proficiency with calipers, gauges, and height gauges.
• Experience working to tight dimensional tolerances.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate sheet metal fabrication equipment like press brakes and punch presses.
• Fabricate parts by bending, rolling, forming, punching and welding per drawings.
• Read blueprints to determine dimensions and fabrication needs.
• Use precision tools to verify quality and dimensions.
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and maintain quality across runs.
• Inspect materials and finished parts for compliance with specs.
• Complete basic assembly, deburring, and finishing.
• Maintain safe, organized work area and support other departments.
