Job summary

D&L LLC is seeking Sheet Metal Mechanics for its Blytheville, AR shop to install HVAC ductwork and equipment on commercial projects. You will measure ductwork, prepare cut sheets, and collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• Sheet metal experience preferred; open to right candidate
• Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Journeyman/Installer (commercial experience preferred)
• Strong teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to field measure ductwork and create cut sheets for fabrication
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no DUI’s in last 3 years)
• Read a tape measure, use hand tools safely and learn quickly

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

(Sheet metal experience is preferred, but we're willing to talk to the right person)

• Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Journeyman/Installer (commercial experience preferred)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to field measure ductwork and create cut sheets for fabrication
• Valid driver's license (required) with a clean record (no DUI's in last 3 years)
• If you can read a tape measure, work safely with tools, learn quickly, and take pride in your work, don't count yourself out just because you don't check every box
