Job summary

Nextaff is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Mechanic to install commercial and residential HVAC duct systems, including metal duct and fiberglass board. The role requires safety consciousness, dependability, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will assemble ductwork, read blueprints, perform various installation phases, and measure layouts on site. Strong teamwork and communication are essential to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 6 months of sheet metal, fiberglass, or duct installation experience.
• Commercial or residential HVAC experience preferred.
• Own sheet metal hand tools (power tools provided).
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to lift 20–100 lbs. and work from ladders and elevated surfaces.

Physical Requirements

Pay $20 – $25.00 per hour
