D&L LLC in Blytheville, AR is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our HVAC shop. Pay ranges $20–$35/hour depending on DOE, with full-time status and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Journeyman/Installer (commercial experience preferred).
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to field measure ductwork and create cut sheets for fabrication.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no DUI’s in last 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC ductwork and equipment in commercial projects
• Field measure ductwork and prepare cut sheets for fabrication
• Work with project teams to meet deadlines and maintain high standards
• Keep a safe, clean, and organized work environment
