Job summary

Signature Labor Services is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Mechanic for commercial construction projects in and around Huntsville, AL. The role involves fabricating, installing, and maintaining ductwork and sheet metal components on active sites, reading blueprints, and adhering to safety requirements.

Qualified candidates have a minimum of 2 years of sheet metal experience, are able to read shop drawings, and can pass drug screens and background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sheet metal experience – REQUIRED
• Previous commercial construction experience
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and installation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Ability to accurately measure, lay out, and fabricate materials
• Must be comfortable working on active commercial construction sites
• Must be able to perform physical job duties for a full shift
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass required drug screen and background checks

Pay: $24-$27 HR/DOE | Location: Huntsville, AL | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits $300 sign-on bonus

We are hiring experienced Journeyman Sheet Metal Mechanics for commercial construction projects in and around Huntsville, AL. Candidates from Huntsville, Madison, Athens, Decatur, and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
