Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Journeyman/Installer (commercial experience preferred).
• Ability to field measure ductwork and create cut sheets for fabrication.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no DUI in last 3 years).
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble commercial and industrial HVAC sheet metal.

D&L LLC is looking for Sheet Metal Mechanics to join our Blytheville, AR Sheet Metal shop!

You'll be part of the team building and preparing sheet metal components used on commercial and industrial HVAC projects. This is a hands-on shop position where your experience, attention to detail, and ability to read plans and work with your tools matter.

If you've worked in sheet metal fabrication, HVAC installation, ductwork, construction, or a similar trade, we'd like to talk to you!

What We’re Looking For:
