Job summary

D&L LLC is seeking skilled Sheet Metal Mechanics for our Blytheville, AR shop. You’ll fabricate and assemble HVAC sheet metal components, read drawings, and use hand and power tools to prepare pieces for installation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sheet Metal Journeyman/Installer (commercial experience preferred).
• Ability to field measure ductwork and create cut sheets for fabrication.
• Valid driver's license with clean record (no DUI in last 3 years).
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Blytheville, AR | $20-$35/HR DOE | FULL-TIME | WEEKLY PAY

D&L LLC is looking for Sheet Metal Mechanics to join our Blytheville, AR Sheet Metal shop!

You’ll be part of the team building and preparing sheet metal components used on commercial and industrial HVAC projects. This is a hands-on shop position where your experience, attention to detail, and ability to read plans and work with your tools matter.

If you’ve worked in sheet metal fabrication, HVAC installation, ductwork, construction, or a similar trade, we’d like to talk to you!

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Journeyman/Installer (commercial experience preferred)
• Ability to field measure ductwork and create cut sheets for fabrication
• Valid driver's license (required) with a clean record (no DUI’s in last 3 years)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• If you can read a tape measure, work safely with tools, learn quickly, and take pride in your work, don’t count yourself out just because you don’t check every box
