You will read blueprints, set up machines, measure parts, inspect quality, and package shipments while maintaining safety and production standards. Weekend-free schedule offered where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate sheet metal fabrication equipment (CNC punches, brakes, shears).
• Read blueprints and work orders to produce parts to specs.
• Perform basic machine setup, tooling changes, and adjustments.
• Measure and inspect finished parts for dimensions and quality.
• Deburr, clean, and prepare parts for assembly or shipment.
• Receive and verify incoming materials and packing slips.
• Accurately pick materials and products from inventory per orders.
• Assemble products following instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect for defects and verify quality before packaging.
• Package, label, and ship products; maintain accurate shipping records.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Keep records of production, shipping, and receiving.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on machines.
• Follow safety procedures and operating guidelines; operate forklifts when authorized.
