Gupta Permold is seeking a Band Saw Operator/Production Worker (Entry-Level) in Pittsburgh, PA. This full-time role involves operating bandsaw equipment to cut materials per specifications, with emphasis on safety and quality. Starting wage is $20.00/hour and includes union benefits.

No weekend shifts and opportunities for growth are available. You will set up and run bandsaw machinery, measure and mark materials, monitor operation, perform maintenance checks, and maintain a clean, safe work

Now Hiring: Band Saw Operators / Entry-Level Manufacturing Workers

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bandsaw Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate industrial bandsaw equipment to cut materials according to specifications, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality output. This is a full-time position offering competitive starting pay and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate bandsaw machinery to cut metal and other materials


• Measure and mark materials to ensure precise cuts


• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed


• Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks


• Maintain a clean and organized work area


• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures


• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Preferred Skills:

• Experience operating industrial bandsaws or similar cutting equipment


• Proficiency with measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, micrometers)


• Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations


• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability for equipment issues


• Familiarity with preventative maintenance and blade changes


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• 18+ years old

Pay & Benefits:
