Job summary

Gupta Permold Corp is hiring for a full-time 3rd shift (11:30pm - 8:00am) manufacturing role in an aluminum foundry environment. Operators will work hands-on with production machinery, loading materials, inspecting quality, and performing basic maintenance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and interest in machine operation or skilled trades.
• Experience in production/warehouse or fabrication environments.
• Understanding of blueprints, work instructions, or quality control processes.
• Experience with CNC machines, machining, or manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and manufacturing equipment.
• Load raw materials and support machine setup and operation.
• Perform quality inspection using basic measuring and visual checks.
• Grind, trim, and finish metal castings and parts.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules.
