Job summary

Gupta Permold Corp is hiring an entry-level Production Worker/Molder in Pittsburgh, PA for a full-time night shift. Starting at $20.00/hour with union benefits, no weekend shifts, and growth within a modern aluminum foundry.

You will join a team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The role requires mechanical aptitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and production schedules
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare equipment for production, including cleaning, coating, and assembly
• Pour molten aluminum using appropriate handling tools and safety equipment
• Monitor casting quality and make real-time adjustments as needed
• Remove finished castings and conduct visual and dimensional inspections
• Perform grinding, trimming, and cleanup on raw castings
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Complete production and quality checks
• Follow all plant safety procedures, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout guidelines
• Work cooperatively with coworkers and supervisors

Key Responsibilities:
