Gupta Permold Corp is a world-class aluminum foundry specializing in permanent mold casting. We are hiring for machine operators and entry-level manufacturing workers for the 1st shift (7:30am-4:00pm) in Pittsburgh.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in machine operation or skilled trades.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• 18+ years old; Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation; Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and manufacturing equipment.
• Load raw materials and support machine setup and operation.
• Perform quality inspection using basic measuring and visual checks.
• Grind, trim, and finish metal castings and parts.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and manufacturing equipment
• Load raw materials and support machine setup and operation
• Perform quality inspection using basic measuring and visual checks
• Grind, trim, and finish metal castings and parts
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or mechanical repair
• Background in production, warehouse, assembly, fabrication, or industrial work
• Understanding of blueprints, work instructions, or quality control processes
• Experience with CNC machines, machining, or manufacturing equipment
