Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Foreman Sheet Metal – Mechanical in Zebulon, NC. You will supervise layout, assembly and installation of sheet metal duct, read plans, and coordinate with customers and trade partners to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial mechanical sheet metal experience and 2 years supervisor experience.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have reliable form of communication.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must show up on time and present yourself professionally.
• Must read and interpret HVAC ductwork and related plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the layout, assembly and installation of sheet metal duct.
• Read blueprints and equipment packaging lists for assembly.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers, owners’ reps and subcontractors.
• Plan tasks for crew and manage 2–15 workers.
• Support Superintendent and Project Manager to complete projects on time.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
